• Establishing and operating a branch office in the Kingdom of Bahrain as a central location to do business in MENA, including originating a secondary company, Jet Salvage International, to purchase, dismantle, and recycle parts from decommissioned jets, previously belonging to carriers primarily from MENA and Europe.

• Working with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Saudi Aramco under a cooperation agreement and sponsorship through Sheikh Mubarak Abdulla Al Suwaiket & Sons Construction and Trading.

• Implementing innovative, groundbreaking techniques to remediate and clean up contaminated and toxic building sites, including the containment of heavy metals, hydrocarbons and toxic ammonia plumes.

• Setting up sustainable supply chains across the globe, with current visas and a record of operations through Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.

• Developing extensive land holdings, including a 4091-unit mixed-use community and a downtown 214-slip marina in Wilmington, North Carolina.

• Managing copyright holdings to some of the most buildable and profitable garden style apartment design & building, plans in North American multifamily. Building a record of constructing thousands of units across different market classes and designs.

• Overseeing all aspects of international construction projects, by mandating strategic objectives, creating and implementing budgets and timelines, setting up logistics and supply chain routes for project procurement, training skilled and unskilled tradesmen on best techniques and expected directives, monitoring and complimenting performance output, ensuring compliance with plans and legal requirements, health and safety standards, and environmental regulations.
