Franklin Construction Co. was founded and is led by David White, a third-generation builder and developer with exceptional experience in real estate and construction. He has developed and built thousands of multifamily units, generating hundreds of millions in equity.

He holds unlimited contractor licenses in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and parts of Florida, all states located in the United States. Mr. White is a certified residential, commercial, and industrial builder with a proven track record of safety. His expertise covers virtually all areas of construction and development, including civil engineering, high-rise construction, and sustainable practices. He has led the Franklin team in a wide range of complementary work in many parts of the world, including the development and use of environmentally friendly, low-carbon building materials and clean energy.

Notably, these include:

• Establishment and operation of a branch office in the Kingdom of Bahrain as a central location for conducting business in the MENA region, including the creation of a subsidiary company, Jet Salvage International, to purchase, dismantle, and recycle parts from decommissioned jets previously owned by carriers primarily in the MENA region and Europe.

• Working with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Saudi Aramco under a cooperation and sponsorship agreement through Sheikh Mubarak Abdulla Al Suwaiket & Sons Construction and Trading.

• Implementing innovative and revolutionary techniques to remediate and clean up contaminated and toxic construction sites, including the containment of heavy metals, hydrocarbons, and toxic ammonia plumes.

• Establishing sustainable supply chains worldwide, with visas pending and a track record of operations in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.

• Developing large land holdings, including a 4,091-unit mixed-use community and a 214-slip marina in downtown Wilmington, North Carolina.

• Manage the copyrights to some of the most buildable and profitable garden-style apartment plans in the North American multifamily industry. Build thousands of units in different market categories and designs.

• Oversee all aspects of international construction projects, setting strategic goals, creating and implementing budgets and schedules, establishing logistics and supply chains for project acquisition, training skilled and unskilled workers in best practices and expected guidelines, monitoring and completing performance, and ensuring compliance with plans and legal requirements, health and safety standards, and environmental regulations.
